"Great hotel"

"Loved the suite, connecting rooms! Needs a bit of renovating for rugs and wood! No room service!! Ok lobby. "

"The people in the room next to me were out of control, leaving children unattended to raise hell. I had to call front desk and they sent security. Since no parents where there, mind you it's almost midnight, the security had to bang on the door like crazy to try and get children to answer the door. Parents were found outside smoking with no care for small children. The noise and banging were out of control, got little to no sleep. The bathroom had long black hairs on the floor which was disgusting. The age of building shows, and the cliental were disgusting and loud and obnoxious. Staff did their best with the noise sending security but won't stay there again. The Embassy suites have gone down hill and this was my 2nd time trying this location, there will not be a third."

"Very nice room, amenities are sparse. Had to ask for coffee and tea because they were not automatically replenished. Tried to use the indoor pool, but unfortunately it was monopolized by children and rude teenagers. Location downtown was very good and easy to use transit system both bus and train. "

"The airport shuttle was wonderful. We had a quick overnight stay. Unfortunately housekeeping woke us up by knocking and opening the door at 8:15. With our time change that was 5:15am and we were NOT ready to wake up. When I shared my frustration with the front desk I felt dismissed. Bummer."
