"Amazing hotel with great view to Lake Toya. Top notch service and immaculate room with our own onsen inside. I must add that breakfast we had was just superb. We really can't be happier with our stay. One small note that it's a very short drive (5 mins) to downtown but this is what make this a great stay as it's a bit tucked away from the crowd but still very close to everything we needed."

"This is a great property in a fabulous location near Lake Toya. The villa is spacious with all amenities for summer and winter with a fabulous outside spa bath. Good view of the lake from large balcony and access to many activities and sites around the lake. Quiet neighbourhood."
