「Great property, great area of town, easy access to everything you want in Nashville and germantown! Great location on the river. Property was as described. Overall was very clean however I gave the 4 stars for cleanliness just because the white bed sheets had lots of pet hair and stains on them but I know this is a pet friendly place and I have pets that I sometimes travel with so I wasn’t terribly upset about this just wanted to let the owner know about it just in case. Overall, I’d stay here...

「Perfect size for our group with a close uber/lyft to broadway. Listing was a little off as it is about a 8-10 minute drive to broadway and not the 3 minute drive as advertised. Overall easy check in/check out and clean unit.」

「This condo was a great location to be just enough off broadway. Although we could've walked, we ubered just because it was more comfortable in our non-walking cute boots. We walked to the coffee shop every morning Land Of A Thousand Hills which was amazing. We scootered to calle taco for some delicious tex mex. We were here during CMA fest, so the cost of ubers was a little inflated, but still an easy access place. The communication with the host was super easy and helpful. 」
