“The location is great, convenient to Walmart and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, and both stays have been peaceful and quiet. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at personally in the Augusta area. Will definitely be back! ”

“The hotel is ok the price is half comparing with other same kind of hotels in the town of Augusta just 15 to 20 minutes more drive good value for master stay”

“The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels……

“Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. ”

“Breakfast was great ”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Good breakfast and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy and quick. I like this hotel.”

“one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each”

“The room was clean and I like that there were a lot of places to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just wish the breakfast had more varieties to choose from. ”

“Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta. ”

“When I found where my room was located, I would have had to walk through a narrow walkway surrounded by construction materials and past some guy peeing in the bushes near the entrance of the walkway. I demanded another room elsewhere. Most of the room was shabby but clean - except for the one chair that was stained. In order to sit in it, I used a bathroom towel to cover it. By the way, at 8am when I went to get some of the free breakfast that was advertised, there was only a couple of old……
