「Staff were lovely, rooms very clean. There were a few areas of the hotel that were a little tired but restoration work seemed to be underway. Very central location.」
「Lovely hotel recently decorated The big downside was there was no air condioning. The temperatures were around 28 degrees ,I could not even open my window as it opened directly onto the street with no security bars so anyone could have climbed in .」

The only thing l can say being slightly negative is that the spa in the pool area felt very dated ,and the decor in places throughout the hotel could do with revamping!! Wonderful stay 😊」

We loved our bedroom with all the creeks in the floors & the big four poster bed! We had a lovely big bathroom.
The breakfast was delicious plus we had dinner the one night & it was wonderful.
The staff were so welcoming & friendly. I wouldn't hesitate staying there again...a brilliant stay!」

Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service.
