“The staff were amazing and helpful. Property could do with a refurbish. Felt like it needed a good clean in the hallways and on the wooden stairs. Banisters felt sticky”
“The staff here was outstanding especially the ladies on reception and the waitress at breakfast- awesome!!! The area is great loved the lift to the beach and the walk down to the Chine. Had a lovely two day’s sightseeing. My room was somewhat rundown but very clean. The TV has issues but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was great .Did not use pool or sauna. For the price good value.”
“Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The lady assisting us to check in was very nice. She showed us around the hotel facilities and gave my kids swimming toys.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had three swimming pool, one indoor and two outdoor. My kids really enjoyed the pool.
In addition, the included breakfast was delicious.
This hotel definitely deserves that we come back.”

“We stayed in Haven Hall and had such a great experience there! The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. We wish we spend more days on the island and definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting……
“The caravan was well presented and clean. The resort was an ideal place to base our holiday and was within easy reach of all the places of interest we wanted to visit. Facilities at the resort were good but if you want to use the swimming pool book your slot when you arrive as there is limited availability.
The co-op store just across the road from the resort is extremely useful for those essentials you have either forgotten or need.
I advise taking some oven gloves if you intend to cook as……
