Transition strips leading to bedroom are missing on the floor leaving exposed rusted carpet nails. This place has some obvious damages that are painted over for a bandaid type repair. The balcony is unsafe with multiple nails sticking up, boards missing, and the railing detached about to fall over.”

“Considering this apartment’s great price & convenient location - across from the convention center, and just a block away from the Redding terminal market, you really can’t go wrong! It’s one bedroom, but there are two full-size beds and a couch that can be converted into a sleeper as well as a few air mattresses in the closet if needed.
