“Incredible location! Owners were super helpful and so responsive with one minor issue we had. Check-in process super easy and clear. Beautiful spot, close to all. Modern, clean, cozy … thank you!”

“Fantastic location within walking distance of the gondola, River, and many restaurants. Nice, clean pool and hot tub were awesome after a day of hiking. Balcony overlooking the San Miguel River was wonderful to have breakfast or coffee on. Two blocks to supermarket. Very spacious and clean condo for our family. Host was immediately responsive to our questions and so nice! Would come back in a heartbeat!”

“We enjoyed everything about this property. It was easy to check in/out, we had everything we needed, and it was clean and comfortable.”

“Overall fit our needs”

“Great place overall!”

“Beautiful condo and great location! Parking was easy, and the walk to town was great along the river path! The host was also super responsive and easy to get a hold of!”

“The loft was super cute, and in an awesome location! We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do in town. The check-in process and communication with the host was extremely easy, and we even extended our stay an extra night with no sweat! We will definitely be back.”

“Great location. Very clean. One of the twin bed’s mattress was really bad. An adult had to sleep on couch. Very annoying and not easy to contact anyone. So did not bother. It would have been helpful to have a telephone number on check out instructions.”

“Great, clean stay with in walking distance to all of town.”

“Great location”

“Great location. Well furnished. Concierge desk was fantastic. Bedrooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. ”

“Room backed to the mountain. Nothing but aspen trees and birds”

“We were visiting for the Telluride Baseball Festival. The location was excellent for a quick walk to town park. We were able to park in the parking garage and not move our car the entire stay. Within walking distance to a market and with several restaurants within feet of walking out the door. The host was very quick to respond with any questions.”

“We love Telluride and were rewarded this trip with a powder day that really improved conditions during a tough season. We enjoyed our time In Telluride and were satisfied with the condo. The owners responded quickly to our questions though we received conflicting info about the hot tub and pool which were major reasons we selected this unit, and ended up being fine The towels and linens were great. The third/loft bedroom with 4 beds felt hot and amplified conversations from the living room……

“We had an excellent stay at this condo. You really can't beat a 5 BR, 5BA condo, and it was very spacious. We stayed during July, so it did get a little hot during the day, but each room had a plug in fan that helped keep things comfortable. We also opened the windows at night if the smoke wasn't too bad and there is a ceiling fan in the living room too that helped cool things down. Along with the rest of our group, we had our toddler and dog with us. Both had the absolute best time! It was so……

“Nice views, comfortable house with 3 full bathrooms. Had everything we needed. Able to walk to or from the free town gondola just over half a mile away and ride it to the gondola to telluride. Perfect summer vacay spot”

“Felt similar to staying in a dorm room. No decorations hardly. Blank slate room. Bathroom heater didn’t work. Cob webs in corners. Hot water intermittent. Front desk was very nice though. ”

“Conveniently located close to town with great mountain views, this was a lovely place to stay. The bed was a little small but comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There was a slight smell when we first arrived, but a quick spray of Febreze solved the issue. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would happily return.”
