“Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more convenience to Sandbridge Beach. House itself was as described, could stand a deep clean but nothing that was a dealbreaker. Honestly the fact that the baseboards could use a paint job made me relax about having kids there. Loved the sizable kitchen and eating area and the upstairs was the perfect hang space for games/movies. Pool was fun when you needed a sand break. Communication with managers was top notch. “We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway at this beautiful Sandbridge Beach home! The home was immaculately maintained & tastefully decorated, creating a serene, welcoming ambiance. Beds incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was a dream! Fully stocked with a fantastic array of everything needed. The covered 2nd floor patio facing the beach became our favorite--sunrise coffee was a highlight! One very minor hiccup: the pickleball net was broken. The abundance of games & puzzles……

“Location is great, pool good for a dip, and overall layout and size of house is good. But we arrived to find the house quite dirty (needed better vacuuming, wipe down of kitchen cabinets, etc) and in disrepair with a broken screen door to the screened porch among other things. The passcode lock had a dead battery, and I needed to call for the key. The beds were made, but many were without flat sheets and one with bugs and hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter that was full of sand. Good……

“The house gave us ample room to be together but the 2 seniors had a hard time on the stairs without handrails. It would have been nice to have a handrail to get in the pool safely. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall we had a good time and would recommend the house for young families with children. We didn't use the grill because it was dirty and the grease trap was full.”
