“We love Sanibel and this condo was perfect - everything about it (including Paul - he was totally on top of everything) was above and beyond. The view is my favorite part it’s so beautiful - huge window and sliders to take advantage of it. We found the furniture to be very comfortable love the couch and mattresses just right. The pool is great also - but the short walk to the beach with wagon supplied by the owner makes going to and from beach to pool to condo so easy. Also had nice beach chairs……

“If you are looking for an amazing Sanibel condo in extreme close proximity to the beach, this is the one! We couldn’t believe how amazing Walter’s condo was. We were very satisfied with how Sanibel Holiday Rentals went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Shelling was great right on our beach. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas are provided. The condo was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We stopped at Publix to pick up groceries before going on island……

“Excellent location with beautiful surroundings. Nice furnished studio and bathroom. We missed a screen door for fresh air in the bedroom. There was a minimum kitchen equipment only. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“Room was very spacious, clean and new. Everything was well stocked for the bathroom and kitchen needs. Staff was very nice and attentive. The beach was beautiful as always. Know before booking there is no pool. There is one washer and dryer on the grounds for the guest to use without charge. Overall the stay was excellent. ”

“Our family had a great time here. Was very close to the beach, and the beach gear provided was great. We rented bikes and that was an amazing way to get around the island. Quiet and relaxing place to vacation. The only bad part was the mattress in the master bedroom. Very hard and noisy. Would still recommend the property”
