Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a stunning foyer featuring a cypress ceiling. The interior showcases exceptional finishes. The expansive master suite on the main floor includes a king bed and a luxurious spa bath complete with a soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, tile panels, a quartz double vanity, and a spacious walk-in closet. Additionally, there is a guest room on the main floor with a queen bed and an ensuite bath, as well as a convenient half bath located in the hallway. The hallway also includes a large laundry room with access to the garage, which is outfitted with a Ping Pong table and plenty of beach toys.

The gourmet kitchen will delight even the most discerning chefs, equipped with professional-grade appliances, including a 6-burner gas cooktop with griddle, a custom cypress vent hood, and an oversized island with granite counters. It has everything you need to prepare anything from a light lunch to a five-course gourmet meal. The kitchen opens up to both the dining room and the expansive living area, where you can reconnect and relax with family and friends. The large living area offers ample seating and features a 75” TV (one of eight TVs in the house). You can also open the living room wall to the outside deck by sliding the large glass doors to enjoy the outdoor lounge area, a gas grill (conveniently located near the kitchen), and an exterior table overlooking the inviting pool.

This amazing beach house extends upstairs to the kid's lounge and snack bar, complete with a microwave and mini fridge. The kid's lounge features a large TV, bean bag chairs, family games, and a couch. The custom bunk room is equipped with two queen beds, two XL twin bunks, two TVs, an en suite bath, and ample space for kids to enjoy. There is also a large guest room with a king bed, an en suite bath, and a spacious walk-in closet.

NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.

*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges

** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.

**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan that covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification. This property includes a golf cart; guests must also sign a Golf Cart Addendum. The minimum age to operate the golf cart is 21, and a valid driver’s license is required. No exceptions.
