Fantastic Venue

Floor plan layout is exceptional. Penthouse area with the bunkbeds is great for the kids. Two outdoor balconies provide a great view of the ocean. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool and outdoor kitchen area is also a exceptional lay out. Beautiful private beach with two entrances is a very short walk. Management company provides great property information, amenities and service, is a first rate compnay. Neighbors on each side of the house are permanent residence and very nice please respect their privacy.

Wonderful house!

Over all it was great!! a little uclear about the downstairs queen bedroom which does not have a bath. There is a half bath downstairs so daughter and son in law used shower by pool...... Otherwise it was a gorgeous house and would stay there again!

Optimist 30A

First, the house is amazing, everything is nice and new! We all loved the tri-fold doors which allowed you to get plenty of fresh air. The out-door entertaining area is great with lots of TVs, blue tooth speakers for music, plenty of sitting area, a grill, and a green Egg. The rental company was great to work with, they got back to us quickly about everything. The only thing holding this house back from being truly exceptional is its location. It is a short walk down a hill (which means up a hill on the way back) to a beach access - Bullard Access. This area is fine, but you cannot rent any chairs at this area, you have to bring your own chairs and umbrellas. We had an issue with some ocean front house owners in this area telling us we couldn't sit on the beach in front of their houses. The only place you can get chairs set up daily is at the Dune Allen beach access which is about a .4 mile walk from the house or a quick golf cart ride. However there is a limited number of golf cart parking spaces. And, the big kicker, is YOU HAVE to sit in the public beach access area. You are not allowed to sit on any of the beach around this Dune Allen beach access area. So, inevitably the public beach access area was extremely crowded for the entire week we were there. Overall we had a great trip and the house is amazing and the rental company was great to work with, but with little kids, we wouldn't stay here again.
