"Check in and out ok, but for the most part, there are international workers, the room wasn't cleaned well each day meaning sinks not wiped out or room vacuumed, and the patio door had been used and not shut or locked while we were out, imagine our surprise - fortunately nothing was missing from the room!! but there were fresh towels and the bed was made. The waitresses were slow except for one which was on top of it, otherwise long wait for initial service, long wait for delivery of food,...

"We really enjoyed our time at Birch Point Resort. We were able to sit on the dock and watch the sunset and there were a lot of bars/restaurants within 10 minutes of the resort. "
