“The window of the room could not be opened, so the room was not ventilated and there was no fresh air circulation. The room smells damp and rotten! Feeling bad for people's health!”

“The bed is super soft and all rooms are connected room which made me felt uncomfortable (if you stay alone). The staffs are all very friendly, polite and helpful. ”

“I was able to relax at this resort. They have a spa and a venue for music artists. Although there was a wedding I didn’t hear a lot of noise. The room was clean ”

“A wonderful ne addition to Jim Thorpe. The hotel is in the center of downtown. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms of the renovated Y were refreshing and comfortable. ”

“It was wonderful, the staff were great and room spacious and clean. Only one thing the water was not hot enough for the whirlpool tub. I’m sure they would have fixed the issue had it been earlier in the day though. Will be back!”
