“Very peaceful location and a very comfortable stay. The building has so much character! It was actually quite warm despite the snow outside! Kids loved the bunkbeds and the kitchen had plenty of space top spread out! ”

“I will start off with the cons. After initial communication I had 3 questions sent to host that were never answered. A final question was answered on the last day when it was too late. That was about access to the washer and dryer as stated in listing. "Fully stocked coffee station" consisted of 4 coffee pods. We were 5 adults there for 3 days ?????? Also, make sure you take shower gel, soap and/or shampoo with you. Hand soap was all that was provided. Two of the three mattresses were taco……

“Well landscaped and appointed, with rolling and beautiful farmland, & a small pristine cow pasture out the front door, layers of wonderful Pa. woods surrounding it. Sweet Arow Lake nearby is a wonderful hike with a nice waterfall. Trout stocked year round. The farm nearby is not objectionable at all, but a line of arborvitae would screen even that. Then you are in a private and beautiful world.”
