There was a problem with the pool while we were there, and the owner was very responsive and helped us figure out what was going on. Overall a great week and I would recommend staying here with you family for sure.”

“Good location, 1 block to grocery store and some restaurants. Walking distance to pier shops. You do have to cross a busier road to get to the beach which might be hard with kids but it was just fine for us. It was nice to have some beach equipment to use. Large living room to hang out in that opens to patio with sliding doors. I would stay here again.”

“Worked out great for our group. Easy access to Disneyland. Clean and comfortable. The stairs are creaky and the bedroom doors squeak. Needs new carpet upstairs, but otherwise had everything we needed! Playground pool/hot tub at condo complex was good for kids.”

“This was a nice apartment, but it could use some updating. The complex itself is in great need of updating, as the walls and carpeting in the hallway were very dirty and warn out. The apartment unit was in pretty good shape. We were there for an Expo at the fairgrounds and it work great for us.”

“This condo is in a beautiful part of Newport Beach and is right on the sand. The condo was spotless and had loads of towels and beach towels for us. This was a girls trip with five of us and we had plenty of room. The condo is very nicely appointed and has the extra benefit of a parking spot in a secured garage. George, the owner, is fabulous! we will definitely come back!”

“Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. One of the highlights for our kids was the nearby lighthouse park,……

“This place is super clean & has great light! We loved this location- super close to downtown in one direction, and the ferry in the other direction! Garage is fully stocked with beach chairs/toys, wagon! Plenty of space to park our car or the overnight bikes we rented! Would happily return!”

“The floor and dishes were dirty. No cups in a full kitchen. Window above bed won’t close making it super cold at night. The limited amount of parking made doing anything outside the area challenging.”

“This is a great location with many things to do in walking distance. Parking is really the only problem if you have more than one vehicle but overall great little place.”

It was a little bit noisey we found (its next to a park), but the convienence of the nearby shops and restaurants made it an ideal place. We had views of the ocean being up top (2nd floor), if you're on the ground floor the sand will likely block your water view. Did have someone park in our assigned parking on the last night, but we worked around that. I'd stay here……

“Nearly everything was perfect -- A great location, clean unit, accurate description, comfortable beds, communication with the manager, etc. However, the property needed a couple of maintenance items--specifically underneath the kitchen sink was missing a small section of LVP flooring, the door trim above the king bedroom door had some water damage from the wall AC unit, and the bunk bed frame was fairly loose. These are all minor, easy repairs, and the place was great. We'd stay there again for……

“We absolutely loved the cottage and experience with our host. It felt like we were staying in someone’s home as special guests. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with everything we needed to make an Easter Brunch. Unfortunately, it rained half of our visit but what a perfect place to be cozy indoors, to relax and enjoy some unusual down time. We can’t wait for our next visit to use the beach chairs and other warm weather amenities. Best rental experience !”

“Love love love this place! Management was accommodating and nice also informative on arrival . The location is next to literally everything. We didn't have to uber anywhere . We walked to eat and to the mall to shop. Stayed here a night before our cruise and the terminal is not far at all. Highly recommend and would stay again!”
