Beautiful Home for Vacation

The vacation property had all comforts of home. It was a really nice way to start our beach vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had a nice place to come together as a family for dinner and play games. The property itself was very nice.

House is nice

Need some upgrades and garage is to small for standard car and u can not fit in the driveway. It was ok for a 3 day stay. Would not rent longer

Convenient

Place was nice. Was good for what we needed. The place was close to pool which was great for kids. The carpet was a dirty and seemed old. The towels were very very thin and place was a little dated.

Great property - nosey neighbors

We rented this property for 3 nights and it was perfect for our family. However, the neighbors were nosey and clearly don’t like that this property is rented out. They called the property manager twice - once to say we parked crooked (we didn’t) and the second time they called was to say we had items hanging over the balcony when in fact it was the cleaning team bc we had already departed.

Vacation

Check in was easy and unit was ready earlier than expected. House was clean. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Owners suite was great with comfy bed. Comforter in second king room is in desperate need of replacement. It was so badly stained, that I went out and bought a new one, which I’ll use at home. Bunk room on lower level could use new mattresses. We loved the location close to Sun Ridge pool.

Everything was excellent except the 1st floor bedroom didn't have a t.v. also, the bunk beds mattresses were to hard and the first floor bathroom and the second floor bathroom had to flush twice not the master bedroom. 11490 Sand Cove.

Great Stay

This was a great house! Very clean, well maintained and has a great location within the Bayside community. It’s within walking distance to the pool and additional parking is available across the street. Would definitely rent this house again.

Lovely Home

The property is just perfect for families of all ages. Not a reflection of the home, I was dissatisfied with the manner & approach of the security patrol officer in the community. The guard on duty was rude, abrasive & unfriendly during our interaction.
