“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”

“Beautiful home and view. Needs alot of upkeep. My granddaughters foot went through the deck floor. No air for 3 hot days. Advertised pool not available yet. Not enough towels for 17 people. Ran out of space to put our garbage. Host was not quick on replying to our concerns. But...overall had a great time with family.”

“House has plenty of room for large family, close to all attractions and shopping. Place very comfortable, great hot tub and space for kids to hang out. Host very accommodating and quick to reply. Place could use a little tlc which looks like what they’re in middle of doing. Would highly recommend had a great stay!”

“We had a wonderful week at a very beautiful property. The kids loved the pool, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The game room was used extensively. I swept off the pool table and removed the sticky substance from the shuffleboard table. Cudos on the pin ball machine which was heavily used. None of us had a problem finding a quiet spot to read or use our iPads. I had a desk downstairs to write my stories and sort out my photos. The excursions to Pidgeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg were……

“Great property. Good location, and beautiful house with lots of space. Unfortunately one of the rooms had mouse droppings in all the beds and we heard some kind of rodent in the night. The host was not very responsive to this and just said that was normal for the area. Would probably be a 5-star property if not for this one area.”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Pigeon Forge. With 8 adults and 4 children ages 7, 6, 5 and 4 there was plenty of room for everyone and activities and games to keep them all entertained. They loved the play area with the swing. The hosts always responded very quickly when we had questions. Would definitely stay again! ”
