Management made no efforts to locate alternate lodgings for anyone. Rick claimed he called 25 other places and found no vacancies. This was obviously not true, as we were able to find other rooms after driving around the area that night."

Communication with our hosts was excellent when we had questions. Great location with easy access to town and close enough to Dollywood that we could hear the train whistle! "
