"The hotel was well maintained, with friendly staff, in a great location near the Bund. There was a variety of options for breakfast we had included (Asian and Western), and the lounge access we included was pleasant with friendly staff who remembered our preferences. The concierge also helped with getting a reasonable drive to the airport as Didi would have actually been more expensive. It was a great stay for our first time to Shanghai."

"Very centrally located Walking distance to all Comfortable beds Spacious rooms Big hotel Breakfast was just ok in terms of choices. But what they had was good. All you can eat hairy crab dinners is very popular with the locals. Hotel gets have pref and discount."

"Beautiful rooms with great views (if you go for a river view). Location not perfect though as not many restaurants or shops around and we needed to keep crossing the river which is not that easy due to the traffic."

"The room was very spacious and clean. Staff spoke English and were very helpful with any questions. Check in and check out was very quick and simple. The hotel is very close to Nanjing road about a couple minutes walking distance which is great if you like shopping. There is a family mart and Lawsons a couple of minutes walking distance from the hotel which was great. Would recommend to family and friends."

"Clean room perfect for a family with children. Large space, room for storage, perfect amenities. Shower was clean with great water pressure, separate toilet room with heated seat auto-flush pedestal. Hotel was in fantastic location, very close to two subway lines. Yuyuan garden across the street. Lots of breakfast options at the included breakfast bar. Front desks staff were friendly and very helpful. Even helped with online ordering or takeout food when my app wouldn't work. Highly recommend."

"I was here for a short business trip. While the interior design appeared alittle dated, the service level was exceptional. I absentmindedly left my watch in the room and had to make arrangements to retrieve it. The process was smooth and the response from GSM was fast. Thank you so much to all the staff and GSM I interacted with . Will definitely consider the hotel in my next visit."
