"Unbeatable location, helpful staff, beautiful views to the city and a superb breakfast buffet. The only issue, which became quite a challenge, was that the currency exchange machine was not working. This was actually one of the reasons we chose the hotel, as we were counting on being able to exchange money there. I understand that things can happen, but it would have been helpful to have another option available when the machine was not working. I guess it would be best to arrive with some local currency or exchange money at the airport, as U.S. dollars are not accepted."

"I like breakfast, healthy and delicious. The room is also clean. The room given to me only has one bed and no real window. But I booked the room was two beds and I expected with a window."

"We had a pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was conveniently located on Nanjing Road, and we appreciated the water every day. It was very quiet on the floor until some children were running in the halls late on our last night."
