「My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.」

「The Guesthouse at Graceland is the best hotel you can stay in while visiting Memphis. Throughout the hotel you hear Elvis Presley music and can watch movies at their theater! Front desk staff is always welcoming and great you with a smile. Aunt Delta's restaurant has the best food and the Shake, Rattle and Roll coffee shop serves the best coffee! The hotel is located next to Graceland and you can take a 5 minute walk to visit. I love this hotel and plan on visiting again soon.」

「Overall, it was a nice stay. The faucet in our bathtub was broken as was the blow dryer. It certainly was a unique experience.」

「The room was spacious and slept three very comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and offered all the selections we love! We couldn’t figure out how to get on wifi, but we didn’t ask either. Staff at check in were very polite and knowledgeable. At check out, the breakfast staff answered our questions and were very sweet to us.」
