“Property is great Locatel. Is a very cozy hotel. Very coastal. Ideal for staying there. I will defenderla go back.”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“Food was delicious. Spa treatments were amazing. Staff were friendly and we received an early check-in. Will definitely come back.”

“Classic older hotel but well maintained. Like stepping back into the 1950's. Great breakfast with real dishes and silverware. Staff welcoming and efficient. One frustration was the sound volume on TV regulated so low I could not hear the news shows important to me.”

“This was a one and done for me. Hotel was just ok. Needs to be more polished. Hotels and resorts in Florida in the summer need to have coolants or chillers on their pools, there is such a thing. The pool was like bathwater, it was disgusting. When we checked in they gave us a room with a lovely view of air conditioning units and I asked to be moved and they did accommodate me with a room with a better view of the courtyard area. The prices for food at the resort were like Disney price……

“Very nice breakfast - both hot and cold options. Really delich coffee. Clean spacious room; comfy beds and pillows. Quiet. Area is very walkable to museums, Tropicana Field, shops. Excellent restaurants close by - Mio’s Grille and Cafe on 2nd Street just a few steps from hotel.”

“This is our second time to stay here - demo / construction has been going on with the properties on each side but it’s understandable considering the hurricane(s) a few years ago. We would still highly recommend and the demo to the south should be finishing up asap. Get with Kevin on the beach for your chairs / umbrellas - he’s wonderful!”

“We liked everything with the exeption of the receptionist wich was also the hotel staff for that day she looked like everything irritated her when talking to her for wich reason talking to her stoped being a choice,that was actually the only bad experience we had”
