“I was well-informed of the check-in/check-out process. Well organized/managed. The unit was clean and comfortable. For a little more than our previously booked hotel, we were able to enjoy a full "home". The views were perfect offering both sunrise & sunset from the balcony. "I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there."
