"酒店硬件頗佳，但職員（尤其是清潔的員工）工作態度欠佳。房間時有忘記放免費水，又忘記放茶包，厠所內的浴室用品（如沖涼洗頭鹼液以及洗手鹼液）住了多晚也不會refill! 這情況甚至在大浴場也有發生，沖涼鹼液的樽 竟然完全是空的，我亦親眼見到大浴場的員工在一角玩電話，而不是清潔。房內的床及枕頭亦非常不舒服！房內的儲物空間其實已經不夠，唯一的櫃桶竟然鎖上，不准客人使用。總括而言，這酒店令我們十分失望。"
