「During this stay, my daughter and I checked in at about 8:45 p.m., went up to our room and discovered that our room smelled like smoke. It was as if someone had been smoking in the room and covered it with aerosol. I called the front desk, but nobody picked up. So I walked down to the front desk to let them know, but I had to bring all my bags back down with the keys, carrying my toddler, then be given new keys and assigned a new room.
Once we were in our new room, there were several guests...

「Beautiful hotel with 2 restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. It's very clean, quiet and staff is friendly and helpful! The surrounding area is also clean and only a short distance to the Ronald Reagan Library and Museum.」
