“The manager. Nicole, and her staff are very kind and genuinely “aim to please”. The resort is like being in paradise with it’s fantastic clear water. The rooms are lovely and quiet.”

“This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit……

“Absolutely loved our stay. Our room was perfect. Furniture and bed was comfortable. Nicely renovated! Outside space to hang out by the bay was awesome as well. Originally booked for 6 nights, but ended up extending our stay 2 more nights. Communication was fantastic!”

“Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! ”

“Overall accurate listing and no major complaints. Small notes, prior guests must not have washed dishes thoroughly and room had some dust/sand. Towels cannot be swapped by front desk but paid laundry is available. Convenient beach access with rinse station.”

“Chicos el lugar es espectacular, si quieres descansar bien y a la vez pasarlo increíble, es ahí. Tienes varios restaurantes y bares con una vibras súper linda ( tengan en cuenta no estacionarse en las farmacias o establecimientos de ese tipo, porque la grúa se lleva enseguida los autos de las personas q no estén ahí). La propiedad está de 5 🌟la verdad, el apt súper limpio todo desde el piso hasta las sábanas y toallas, está equipado con lo necesario para estar varios días y lavar la ropa o……

“We were very impressed with the cleanliness and "newness" of the property. The rooms were large, great view, great space on lanai, hotel staff was polite, and attentive. Reasonable rates. Suite had all the necessities. ”

“This place is a small piece of paradise, a few steps and you are in Siesta Beach. It’s so quiet considering it’s in a corner lot with lots of human and vehicle traffic. The ambiance is so lively yet cozy because people are well behaved and friendly. We will definitely come back.”
