"the staff were really lovely & helpful!! was my first time travelling alone and i felt really comfortable with the process. the room was decent and i'm not too fussy of a person just want somewhere safe & somewhere to sleep for the night. the cleanliness definitely needs to be stepped up though and noticed some dirty areas in bathroom & room which stopped me from using my shower. other than that, a very decent stay & i would return if i needed something quickly ! "

"Room was tiny. False advertisement suggesting there is a work desk. I wrote my request in advance that I need a room with a work desk. This was not acknowledged and on my arrival the reception team apologised as none of their room have a work desk. There is a subtle smell of stinking foot in the room, not overpowering but not pleasant. Price is the only saving grace of the hotel. Am very disappointed with the false advertisement. "

"Lovely room, nice decor. Bed a bit high and needs a bit more room near the wall (room is big so not sure why such narrow gap between the bed and wall). Bathroom is big and shower was powerful. Tea/coffee /kettle /fridge in the room Located in the city centre with shops/bars/ restaurants within a few minutes. Breakfast was good quality and plenty of options "
