Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working."

"The cottage is adorable, clean and spacious. Clear instructions prior to arrival. So peaceful to sit on the deck and hear the waves crashing, read a book, just hang out and relax. Main Street is a couple blocks away from the cottage really cute town. Thank you Tom and Kerrie will definitely stay again next time we visit Cape Cod!! :)"

"Overall we enjoyed our time at Anissas place and for the money it was good. The access to the river and kayaks was great and generally they had enough to get by. We left wanting a bit more on the finer details though. There was no shampoo, no paper towels, no extra bath towels and much of the house appeared dated and in need of some touching up/repair. The back deck sliding door was in it's dying days and some of the rugs/furniture were stained. With some work on these areas it could be an...

"Updated, cozy cottage with attractive, summery feel. Impeccably clean. Looks just like the photos. A bit tight for three adults, but manageable for a few nights. (Perfect for two.) "This comfortable house is ideal for a biking vacation. It is a short ride to the Cape Cod Bikeway. (If you’re on foot, walk to the circle at the end of Baker’s Drive and follow the woodsy path that takes you right to mile 4 on the bike trail.). The back yard has a shed for easy bike storage. It is entirely fenced in and is a great place for canine guests to run around."
