My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. 「The property is beautiful, a very cute and clean home. The neighborhood is very quaint. I only wish I had known that it is near train tracks where the train ran by every few hours even throughout the night. I am a light sleeper, so I was woke up several times during the nights by the train. Overall, though, this place was great!」
「Rooms are clean staff is very friendly and helpful, the spa wasnt working nor was heat in room, then elevator was out of service for 3 floors. There is no smoking any longer and beds are very uncomfortable had a back ache every night. Could 100% use better mattresses on beds, room never got cleaned. I have stayed there many times before and i must say this hotel has gone way down , very short staffed now. Sad because i use to love staying there, Not so much now.」
「While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good!」
