“When I made my reservation, I had specifically requested 2 beds since my adult son and I were planning to stay in the same room. After I checked in, we made our way to the room. I was shocked to see a king bed instead of the 2 beds I had specified. I went back to the front desk. I booked this La Quinta Inn thinking it would be a decent, family-friendly option, but it was a complete disaster from the moment we walked in. First of all, the place smells terrible. It’s like a cheap Indian mini-mart that’s been doused in men’s deodorant spray in an attempt to mask the underlying musky, stale odor. The smell hits hard in the hallways and lingers in the room no matter what. Room service was……
