“I stayed for a weekend with my three daughters. The room was very clean, but took away a star because there were some obvious wear and tear that could be easily addressed. The pools were fabulous, the staff was kind and professional. We loved our stay and would come back again for sure!”

“Upon arrival Greg, the owner walked us to our room answered a few questions, you don't get that at a big hotel. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. Grounds were very clean and the pool was clean and enjoyable.
Nice touch to have coffee available in the morning along with nice pastries. We highly recommend and we will be going back.”

“Location made all the difference. Walk across one street to the beach ($25-$30 value), walk across the parking lot to excellent food (Skipper’s). The rooms and pool area were clean and nice. TV choices were great. Short drive to the grocery store and ample dining options. One hour drive to Provincetown. We loved our stay!”

“Pool was gross. Stains all over our sheets. Air conditioning was the only decent thing.
Breakfast looked ok but so many kids being unsupervised running around made it super uncomfortable. Slider door did not lock and the screen wasn’t even attached.
Plastic wrappers and food were floating in both indoor and outdoor pools. Hot tub was so disgusting you couldn’t see the floor of it.
And the shower was so disgusting we figured it was CLEANER if we waited to shower till we got home. One of the……
