“This was a quick overnight to enjoy my university town with my best friend, whom I met there almost 30 years ago! I had no idea this place existed behind Palmer’s! It was a great spot to walk around. Coffee and breakfast location just a short walk away, and the place itself was cozy and private. ”

“Quite, serene setting with beautiful landscaping and a very gracious host. This was our 3rd time staying here . We try to stay here when visiting family if available.”

“This was my very first Vrbo! It went great! Location is perfect! Close to of things and lots of convenient options. About 30 mins from everything. Winery’s distillery’s and amazing food! I would definitely consider this property again. ”

“Cute cottage! We stayed here for NSO at Texas State. It was awesome. We'll definitely stay again with this host's properties for future visits to see our child at TXST. Conveniently located off I-35 in an RV park. So close to campus. Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishware, etc....cute front porch, will be lovely in cooler weather! “Tucked away with private parking, fresh eggs, visits from a sweet rescue dog, a pool, and great a/c. I even saw a small herd of deer in the neighborhood. We stayed for a week while in town visiting family. Convenient to shopping & only a short trip downtown. Gracious & responsive hosts. We plan to stay again when we return to Austin.”
