“We loved our stay! The property is walking distance to the beach with a very nice bike path all the way there. There are also several business just around the corner - ice cream shop, breakfast, souvenir store, restaurant. We loved it. The cottage was spacious and the AC was very effective. The shower is small, but you can see that from the listing pictures. It was close to everything and we thought great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!”

“It's not on the beach. It's near to the beach, but not on the island and you need to drive to get to the beach. The owner came to the rental while we were out, which was a bit creepy. They just emptied the recyclable garbage, but it was weird that someone had been there while we were gone. There was a bathroom light out that didn't get changed, and the sheets were upside down and I had to remake the bed. It was clean and newly remodeled. There is no stove or oven, and no dishwasher. There is a ……

“During the right time of year, this bungalow is perfect. It was little hot without Air Conditioning in July but, the place is WELL taken care of and the Hosts are great”

“Loved this place! So private and cute! We walked to Wickies for breakfast and lunch and did Mudbugs for dinner! Best beaches were Blind Pass and Tarpon Bay! Make sure to use the code for a discount for Adventures in Paradise Shelling tours!”

“This quaint lovely cottage is exactly as described, pictured, comfortable, very clean & delightfully decorated in a Florida ranch country vibeDeer going through at dusk, the sweetest ranch dog came by to wag hi So peaceful & sereneThank you Host Beverly”

“Clean and nice place”

“Nice place!”

“The location of this cottage is perfect for great restaurants, hiking, kayaking, biking, and beach going. The cottage itself is fully equipped, has a wonderfully powerful shower, and is very cozy and comfortable. The screened in porch is great, any time of day or night. The river is a 2-minute walk, at most, and there is a very inviting deck there for customer use. We sat there every day/evening, at least once. Communication with the owner was never an issue. We are planning on returning……

“Super calm and private cottage. The host was great at communicating and gave clear, easy instructions as well. Would stay here again, no doubt! ”

“This is a fantastic little getaway!! It was very clean, peaceful, and close to everything you may need. Will definitely be returning.”

“We really enjoyed our stay there found it to be like cute centrally located. We love Bokeelia and it’s just a cute little street. Cute little house easy-going not like crazy fancy but not not unlivable either. We just dug it and we will go back there again my son and I fish out out of the marina and stay there and just found it to be like totally cool.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within……

“Property was clean and only issue we had was the ac in the living room made a very loud strange noise to which we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Overall host and property were up to par. Property manager responded quickly and advised they would get it checked out asap. ”

“Beautiful property, perfect size cottage, nice fishing dock. Communication was good.”

“Description of property completely false but VRBO review does not give enough room to describe the issues.”
