“Everything was excellent ”

“The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be……

“Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.”

“A lovely quirky hotel close to Hertfordshire University. Many food places close by however, the onsite restaurant was delicious and the staff friendly, polite and welcoming. The rooms were generous sized and well equipped for our stay. We would definitely return. ”

“The area underneath the bed cover is very dirty, and the shower tools are not in good condition. It is difficult to control the temperature of the warm water. However, the overall space is good.”

“The girls from reception was very nice and helpful. We struggled a little with the parking when arrived, due to a party on the restaurant, but later the parking had some free spaces. Rated very good comparing price and condition. Is not a 5* hotel so we didn't expect gold on the floor, but for the night we stayed over, was exactly what we needed. 15 min drive to airport, perfect to pick up my mom and get back for sleep and had a good rest with my little ones, before we drove in the morning……
