「Valet Parking was horrible. We thought we made the right choice for only $10.00 more, to use valet. The day to leave was a chaotic experience. One worker to retrieve cars and it took one hour. So unorganized and understaffed for a Saturday. We felt like we were in Valet jail and would never see our car again.」

「There was a big (looked like a water bug) bug that was fairly well sized. I saw it my last morning there when I turned on the light that morning in my room. It scurried across the floor. Also, they ran out of bowls at breakfast as well as some of the juices. The eggs did not taste much of anything. The hotel was right at the intersection of where the city seemed safe and where it did not. I did, however, feel comforted by the security guard in the lobby. I would not stay there again.」
