「This was quite the experience. We stayed for 9 days at the start of a longer Caribbean trip. The service at the hotel is outstanding, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The luxe room was open to the rainforest experience, which was a great thing, but with some mosquito drawbacks. Despite the mosquito net over the bed, we had many bites. 「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
