“Great property in the heart of Covent Garden. Stayed here with my wife for 6 nights and we enjoyed it. The room was clean, decorated nice, and had a large bathroom with plenty of space. We enjoyed being close to all sorts of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location was within a 5 minute walk of the underground which made it convenient for travel around town and to and from Heathrow. Loved it and would stay here again. ”

“Great location, nice environment and very very nice and professional staff at front desk, especially Annette and Tamara, always kind and helpful.
Location: close to Covent Garden, walking distance to theatres and restaurants, with supermarket in 5 mins walking.
Room: bright and neat, with full kitchen equipments and a desk.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
