"The desk staff were probably the best of any hotel I've ever been at. We had some issue with noisy children in the adjoining room on our first night and I called down and the person at the desk took care of it and the noise stopped minutes later. When it started again in the morning I went down to the front desk and without question, and a gracious smile, we were offered a new room that was quite quiet.
For the price, this was a great stay. For triple the price, I would have wanted a hotel that had more sound proof rooms, a smart TV, and a working pool (it was out of order). Otherwise, everything else was great. "
