“The Martin Hill Inn was a great place for short solo-trip as a young female. It was clean, easy to get into, I felt safe, and the property was vert responsive. Excellent hospitality. My favorite part was they had the "good ice" available for residents & the bathrobes were a great "luxury:" touch. I had to message the property for 1 request via text and they responded within 5 minutes, and happily fulfilled my request. The only feedback I have is that finding the parking lot in the dark was a bit……

“Staff was attentive. We had a small issue and they immediately took care of it. Bathroom was nice and the shower had good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of nice amenities in the room and around the hotel”

“We stayed in the Inn. The view from the porch was gorgeous. The inn had great outdoor seating and was conveniently located near restaurants and a few stores. Shared bathroom, which was no big deal and the price was unbeatable!”

“Nice B&B. Our room (room 5) was nicely updated and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with pastries, bacon and eggs. Albracca is in a client location. 5 minutes from York beach areas and 15 minutes from Portsmouth downtown. ”

“The property was perfect! Clean, quiet, cozy. Great yard, close to town and beach. Everything was great! Only thing was there were no trash bags and the tv was difficult. I would like to see them switch to steaming services. The water pressure is awesome. Everything was very clean and stocked. beds and couch are super comfortable. Fire pit and declare awesome !We will be back!!”
