“Although in an older building, it is obvious the owners have made an effort to keep the rooms updated. Well decorated and appointed large room with large en suite. bath. Friendly service at check-in and at breakfast.”

“很棒的住宿體驗, 美味的食物(晚餐), 美味的早餐, 佈置用心的房間, 安靜的環境, 一切都非常好”

“Good value & excellent breakfast.”

“This place is incredibly interesting for anyone into cars and motorbikes. Loads of quirky pieces of automotive art. The people that work there are pretty cool too. The person that handled the check in was very enthusiastic about the Brand, and offered to help me with my bags to the room - that’s very rare. It’s quite lively in terms of music from just after 8am to 10pm. But yeah, pretty unique place.”

“Excellent breakfast ”

“Good room, very nice breakfast, helpful staff”

“Wonderful and characterful property”

“This is a lovely small boutique hotel with rooms that are quiet and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We were there for an event at the castle and would stay here again if I was in the area.”

“An absolute gem! A wonderful authentic pub offering such comfortable and friendly accommodation. The restaurant food is delicious and the full English breakfast is the best I can remember. The village is delightful.. and we were lucky enough to stay a Thursday when there is music, and we also had the best Mortis dancing! Such a memorable stay! Thank you”

“What can I say it’s a lovely experience to stay here big comfy bed, fluffy white towels and a absolute gem of a restaurant, it will always be my first choice when staying in the area to eat or sleep everything is 5*”

“Rooms were clean n bed was comfortable. They cater to us hikers.”

“Very nice experience. Good location and warm service ”

“La struttura è tipicamente antica come tutto nella zona ma molto caratteristica e con i camini accesi tutto ha un fascino maggiore. Il personale è stato molto disponibile ed attento alle esigenze mie e di mia figlia. Ci siamo innamorate del posto e ci torneremo molto volentieri. L’unica cosa negativa è che il mercoledì e il giovedì la cucina era chiusa. A noi avrebbe fatto piacere restare a cenare nella struttura. Lunedì e martedì abbiamo mangiato piatti squisiti.”

“Beautiful place, amazing history and the staff are friendly and welcoming”
