"The location itself is not in a good area. There aren’t any food places close by and you have to travel fairly far to find a decent spot. The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeper was amazing. It was quiet for the most part; however, our car was vandalized. Someone poured oil all over our car. After two car washes and multiple wipe downs, oil is still coming out of places on our car. The property manager did not offer to compensate us for the damages. We paid $30 for a car wash and were only reimbursed for $20 of it. The fact that there were cameras in view of our car and third shift did not prevent this from happening (after this individual caused damages to the property) raises concerns for this property. If a nightshift person is on duty, why did this happen? I saw the cameras and my car was in plain view of it. It’s very upsetting that the company did not try to make things right with our car. "
