J’ai du réclamer l’inclusion du petit déjeuner dans ma réservation. Resevation effectuée avec 2 enfants, et 2 pauvres bouteilles en chambre. J’ai l’impression que tout est fait pour nous charger un max. Surveiller vos factures. L’accueil au corsair nul mais le service est correct. J’ai apprécié le service des bagages et……

“Came here for a weekend getaway, which was amazing. We upgraded our room to the zen suite (awesome!), but I'm sure a standard room would also have been great. The suite had a wraparound balcony with fantastic views of the ocean and marina. Access to the beach was easy--we each had our own chair and umbrella, and it was fun to be able to order food and drinks to the beach. The beach area with other hotel clientele was peaceful and relaxing. The only negatives were that there was noise late at……

“Overall my family (dad, mom, and almost 4-year-old daughter) had a great experience at Lago Mar. The hotel itself was lovely, room was quiet and comfortable, the pool was outstanding, and staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially with our daughter. Only two drawbacks: 1) the food outside of the breakfast buffet was pretty bad, especially for a hotel of this caliber; and 2) the hotel is very isolated, no stores or restaurants within walking distance. So a tip for other families:……

“The hotel view is beautiful, but the room is not good as pictures, the bed is small, the space is limited. The check in process is very slow. I waited there for near 20 minutes for waiting the long line, I can’t imagine there is only one staff who help guest checking in.”
