“Our room was close to a very loud function so we requested a move . No alternative to the superior that we had paid for other than a standard room was available so we moved to that to get a good night sleep . Room was clean and tidy .
£4.50 was taken off our room service bill for the inconvenience as alternative to a bottle of wine (and upgrade fee refunded)

“Overall a nice stay but the rooms needed a good clean and some simple renovation. The bed frame/fabric base was all stained, the floor was stained and the window latches all broken so the window was either wide open or shut. A couple of £1 hinges would fix it. Spiders in the shower in both rooms. The staff were great, parking easy, bar was nice. Just needs some simple tlc”
