"This was my second time staying at Kvosin downtown hotel and it was exceptional both times. Customer service at the front desk was top notch. They were so gracious and helpful with everything from lending us a power adapter to giving us a heads up on street closures, to helping me figure out how to use the induction cooktop in our kitchen. The room (really like an apartment) was spacious and immaculate. It felt like we were living like locals for the week. We were in close proximity to great restaurants, but we also had fun cooking dinner in our kitchen. Breakfast downstairs in the morning was delicious and had a good variety including vegan options. Kvosin is close to everything — it’s in the perfect location for tourists, with a beautiful view of the lake, and wonderful daily cleaning service. Parking nearby was easy. I cannot say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be staying again. "
