“I was impressed by the small extra things they added like a gift basket ourside the door in the mornings. Very friendly staff. I also liked the room and the hotel better in real than even the photos showed which is usally not the case ”

“The Staff was amazing. Every interaction felt like the Ritz. Front desk accommodated an early check in (called to confirm). Used the valet service and the gents brought luggage up and down with a smile and courteous conversation. Nice feature, you text when you want you car brought up and ready - luggage too. Nice shared beverage bar on each floor with sparkling, cold and hot water and a nice selection of items to make your favorite. Such a well placed hotel walking to many notable restaurants.……

“We stayed at the Inn on Biltmore Estate from Thursday through Saturday morning, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our visit coincided with the 4th of July, and the fireworks display on Friday night was absolutely breathtaking — a highlight we’ll never forget! “It's worth on the price.”

“The Biltmore property is massive. The Village Hotel was clean, comfy and in a great location…walkable to dining, winery and shops. Every employee was super nice, Many dishes were farmed locally and made from scratch. Happy hour wine and cookies were a nice surprise. Do the self guided audio tour of the mansion and save time after to see the garden and shops/restaurants there. 1 full day or 2 days minimum is recommended as I wish we had a 3rd day. ”
