"Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. I'm glad we chose to stay at The Lodge. The only suggestion I would make is that they get a better tasting coffee, but overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"We had the most amazing stay at the Biltmore Village Hotel! The staff were warm and gracious. Once on the Biltmore property, there were so many beautiful and fun things to do, gorgeous walking paths, delicious dining in multiple restaurants and al fresco, specialty shopping and special time with the farm animals. We cannot wait to return!"
