Has nice roof terrace with comfortable sofas and see view. Good elevators. Convenient location on the east wall close to the bus stop connecting with the bus terminal (#106). We hope to come back.”

“I booked this property through Expedia as a Platinum member chose it based on it being VIP property, photos and positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. The location in Ortigia is excellent and breakfast was appreciated. However, the room (22) we were assigned was in noticeably poorer condition than expected. It was a lower-level room with signs of dampness, visible mold/mildew in the room, rust on bathroom fixtures, and general maintenance issues. The……

“The room was big enough for two people and they gave us two single beds as requested. the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient and the breakfast was real nice and they had quite a lot of choices. One thing that I like the most was the staffs, a women there helped us with everything we needed to travel around and extended the room one more night for us. The down sides were the communication within the staffs I guess as the young lady said if we wanted to extend one more night,……

“Maria, Andrea, Derique and his wife (with a very old dog) were delightful hosts, who made every effort to make a stay pleasant! The hotel is very well located right in the center of the town (a bit challenging to drive to, if you have car!). And, breakfast was always great, with plenty of freshly made cappuccinos.”
