“I went to reception 3 times during my stay to ask someone to fix the radiator as it was permanently on, the room was like a sauna all night, actually made me sick at one point it was so hot (even with window open and fan on full blast), no one came to help despite 3 times being told someone would. “I was given a disabled room (I am not disabled). It was OK, a little dark and sterile. Nothing special. Don't think the TV worked. Checking in staff was not friendly. Checking out staff was lovely. The spa and restaurant were both very nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again as a traveller on my own”

“Bedroom pillows could have been a bit softer. The water was tepid and could’ve got hotter.”
