「Good point: 1. location in the business area and walking distance to London/Tower Bridge 2. Good idea to provide the drinking water system at each floors. Bad points: 1. The room is very old style and full of dust in bed, in the drawers, on the tables, on the wall. I even have to clean myself because I found it at night when I come back late after business dinner. 2. When I take a shower, the water pipe is blocked. I have to clean the dirt and hair in the water pipe myself. It could be the 4...

「staff are helpful, especially Geogria, we were first assigned to a room far away from elevators and we requested for change, Geogria helped us to manage to change to a room closer. The location of the hotel is good, breakfast has limited choices but still fine. 」
