“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“We booked this hotel for one reason only: the pool. The website prominently features beautiful pictures of a seamless indoor-outdoor pool connection. It looks like a luxury oasis online, but the reality is an absolute scam. First, the indoor section was completely freezing and unusable for families or anyone looking to relax. Second, the outdoor section was shocking. It was not even operating properly and was filled with dirt and grass. It looked like an abandoned construction site rather than a……

“It was nice to be right in downtown Bay City in walking distance of restaurants and 4th of July activities. We are from Bay City and enjoyed being an out of town guest!”

“Sa;rah at the front desk gave us a lovely room at the end of the hallway. It was amazing for the view and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay,. Elijah made a very nice espresso martini that we sipped while watching the sun set over the river. ”

“I am not sure why management would put the only unfriendly staff member at check in? Everyone else was wonderful, smiles and the like. Checkin not a hint of even a smile. Not the Spirit of Frankenmuth we are used to.”

“Breakfast staff, the breakfast ambassador was great. Very friendly and kept food stocked. Her fill in on her day off. Not so good Rarely was anyone at the front desk. Calls went to a message machine. Two nights in a row ZERO parking. Had to wait until staff left their shift and 2nd night had to create one. Didn’t clean our room the second day, our do not disturb sign was not on. Then when they finally did it. Very minimal.”
