" Comfortable stay. "

"Probably will never stay there again. The room that we had was completely disgusting. We had no hot water, the toilet was leaking, holes in the walls, the door look like somebody had kicked it with muddy boots. The bedspread had four cigarette burns in it and it was too small for the bed, and three of the smallest pillows I have ever seen. We asked for extra towels and washcloths and did not receive them . The TV had no antenna, so none of the channels came in clearly. And it was clear that nobody had cleaned the floor because there was a lot of dirt and sand ALL over the whole floor, mirrors were not washed because they had water spots and toothpaste spots on it. The microwave…. I couldn’t tell you the last time it was clean properly plus there was rust on the inside of the microwave!!! We have stayed a few times in the past couple years and the first time we stayed our room was all remodeled and beautiful, and then the next time the room wasn’t as nice, ., etc. Each time we have stayed,the rooms would be a little more disgusting and you could tell no one is cleaning the rooms properly Now this was the worst place I have ever stayed at, and I can guarantee you, we will not return after this last stay ever again!"

"Morning 1 scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage patties diced potatoes, assortment of breads, juices, 2 cereals, yogurt and oatmeal. Hot coffee and tea. Morning 2 boiled eggs, breads, cereal and oatmeal. Juices, coffee and hot tea."

"Clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well equipped."

"When I checked in at 2230 after work I was advised that the water was off until morning. So that’s was an issue. When I woke up to get ready for work water was still shutoff. When I got off work at 7pm and arrived back at the hotel again water was still off. So when I left Sunday morning it still hadn’t come on. That’s terrible business and I’m very unhappy with my stay. I was not compensated what so ever. "

"No towels in pool all weekend Two towels in a suit that holds six(I had 6 with me) Party above me till 3 am Fri and sat night Night staff refused to do anything about it Holiday inn will be last resort after this trip "
