“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“Only positive comment is that the Check in staff was friendly and helpful. This is a terrible hotel. Carpet was filthy and wavy in the room and throughout the hallway and elevator. Vanity faucet did not function properly. Bathroom was clean fortunately. At 9:10 AM they were out of eggs, waffle batter and utensils at the food area. Breakfast attendant ignored request to bring more batter. Cookies were burnt, cold cereal dispenser was complicated and inefficient to dispense cereal, coffee was……

“It was great hotel and beds were super soft for great night sleep. Loved the black out curtains. Our only negative was the family above us stomped around until after midnight preventing us from being able to go to sleep. Note: always as for top floor.”

“The breakfast needs a serious update! Sub par compared to other Hamptons we’ve been to.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Had an issue with our room smelling like cigarettes and the staff was on top o it to try to make it better, got us into a new room with no issues. Property was very clean & well maintained. Was a bit hot in the pool area but the pool (which was heated)and hot tub were clean. Breakfast the following morning was nice with a lot of options. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff was awesome, especially Mr. Fehim He goes beyond the meaning of customer service and I will challenge anyone who says otherwise! He brought me anything that I needed including an iron and ironing board. This is a place to get a good night sleep and rest for whatever you need to do the next day. When I come back to Saginaw, I will be coming back to stay there and looking for Mr. Fehim!”

“If you’re looking for a cheap place to sleep this is okay but bring your own cleaning supplies because it is not clean. This place could definitely use a DEEP clean, the carpets look very dirty. Our room was not very clean but supposedly “we arrived early” even though check in time was 2 o’clock when we arrive we were told it was actually 3, they said to give them 15 minutes and our room would be ready.. we sat and watched them and the only thing they did was replace bedding, towels, and……

“Clean room and friendly helpful staff, beds and facility in general were older but met our needs for our brief stay.”

“The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again.”
